Wax Queen Cancellation Policy

At Wax Queen, we highly value our time as well as our clients' time. To ensure mutual respect for time, we allow a 5-minute grace period for appointment tardiness. If a client is more than 5 minutes late, their appointment will be automatically canceled, and they will have to reschedule. To rebook with Wax Queen, the client must pay 50% of the appointment cost in full as a fee.

Furthermore, changing or canceling an appointment requires a 24-hour notice period. In case of a no-show or a cancellation without proper notice, the client will have to pay a fee of 50% of the appointment cost in full before rebooking.

We understand that emergencies can sometimes arise, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. However, clients who repeatedly show up late or miss appointments without proper notice will be prohibited from booking with Wax Queen.

At Wax Queen, professionalism is paramount. If a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, services will be promptly discontinued, and the client will be prohibited from future appointments at Wax Queen.
